Role Overview
We’re seeking a Product Associate Consultant who will play a key role in driving product success by collaborating with clients and internal teams to design and deliver impactful solutions. In this role, you will assist with managing client projects, product roadmaps, and supporting the product life cycle for web, mobile, and automation applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product strategies align with client goals and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and tasks are prioritized and refined.
Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Write clear, concise user stories and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and developers.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that features meet the defined requirements and timelines.
Monitor and report on the progress of product development, addressing any impediments or challenges that arise.
Produce weekly project status reports and provide read-outs to APGET and client teams.
Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years professional experience working for a corporation or nonprofit organization with exposure to technology.
Strong skills in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Fast learner.
Self-starter, highly motivated
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
